Skin has two sections. First is epidermis and the second one is endodermis. Generally, they are said to be the top layer and the bottom layer respectively. The machine consists of three major sections. The first one is ink reservoir. Multiple colors can also be used but it will be costly. The second part of the machine is the connector that connects reservoir with the injector. The injector can be a needle. The thing you need to observe is whether the needle is replaceable or not. It is highly recommended not to use the machine that has a fixed needle because it cannot be changes and there is a chance that you may get hepatitis from that infected needle.
Always sterilize the needle before using it. Check whether the components of the ink are skin friendly or not. There are special inks for making a tattoo on the skin. These inks do not mix with the blood and thus do not disturb the blood flow. However, in case you are not injecting the right kind of the ink in the body then there are chances of clot formation that may lead to heart attack.
